I was extremely pleased with the prompt and thorough communication from customer service. I also appreciate the detailed updates of the order fulfillment process. However, I was surprised to see that the hat, which was described as having a 'yellow' trim was actually a neon color. If I had known this I would not have ordered this particular style. The embroidery was great in both appearance and quality, but the quality of the hat was slightly less than expected. Of course, I was not entirely surprised since I had opted for the cheapest fit. I was expecting to receive a 'stretch to fit' instead of an adjustable hat. Lastly, when my order arrived the shipping box was ripped open, presumably from handling at the post office. Fortunately, the hats were all intact and undamaged.
All this being said, I would definitely order from Hat Castle in the future for your price and excellent customer service.
I absolutly loved the embroidery! I was exactly what I wanted. I recieved many compliments from other employees that I work with.
The staff Denise and Nathen were Awsome. I miss ordered and they did everything anyone could ask to make sure our team still got the hats before our first game. The hats are top notch also. Everyone is loves them. Could not be happier
